Intro:
Sir Ben Ainslie's Land Rover BAR team leads the America's Cup World Series after the opening two races on Saturday (25th July) in Portsmouth, England - victory and a second place gave the most successful sailor in Olympic history as slender one-point lead over Emirates Team New Zealand, while America's Cup holders Oracle Team USA lie third.

The America's Cup made a return to Solent for the first time in 100 hundred and sixty five years on Saturday.
Crowds of close to 50,000 were in attendance as Ben Ainslie led the Land Rover BAR team for the first time on the strait between the Isle of Wight and Britain.
The four-time Olympic gold medallist guided his crew to victory in the first race of the day, and they followed that up with runners-up spot in the second race to sit one point above Emirates Team New Zealand in the table.
The team that Ainslie and his then Team Oracle crew defeated famously back in the 2013 America's Cup having been 8-one down.
Captain on the Emirates Team New Zealand is Glenn Ashby and he had to be alert when old foes Team Oracle, seen here, cut up the Kiwi crew.
Up ahead Ainslie and his crew took the praise from the crowd for top spot, and the 38-year-old was honoured to do so in front of a home crowd:
"It was a great day for us, to be finally racing in this America's Cup and on home waters, in front of our home crowd in Portsmouth and to get two really solid results, I'm really excited for the team and all of our spectators and fans here. To put on a good show for them is very special."
