CESC FABREGAS has taken to Instagram to reveal he is engaged to long-term partner Daniella Semaan.

The Chelsea star has been in a relationship with the 42-year-old since 2011, but they are now edging closer to finally tie the knot.

Semaan and her 30-year-old fiance have three children together, while she also has two children from a previous marriage.

The ex-Arsenal midfielder uploaded a picture of his partner wearing an engagement ring to 9.4million followers.

Where he captioned the photo with a ring emoji and the words, "#forbetterorworse."

While Semaan also took to social media to show off her glitzy new piece of jewellery, posting a selfie with a big love heart.

It caps off an incredible 2017 for the Spanish World Cup winner.

He won his second Premier League title with the Blues last season, while he has forced himself back into contention under Antonio Conte this campaign.

Fabregas has featured 25 times in all competitions so far this term - playing 16 matches in the top-flight - starting on 13 occasions.

He has helped Chelsea to third in the Premier League, but they still trail leaders Manchester City by a whopping 14 points.

Fabregas will be looking to guide his side into the Carabao Cup semi-finals when the West Londoners face Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday evening.

But they face a tough run after they meet the Cherries, with Conte's men coming up against Everton, Brighton, Stoke and Arsenal in their next four fixtures.
