The love is back
The love is seemingly back between Edinson Cavani and Neymar Jr after the pair were seen having a small embrace after a missed chance.
The pair have been the talk of the town for a number of weeks now after they fell out following a game against Lyon.
Neymar was looking to snatch both penalty and free-kick duty off Cavani who usually takes both and the striker did not like it.
That lead to some flared tempers between the two with Cavani storming out of the ground after the game with Lyon.
The two were said to have made up at the end of last week when Neymar apologised to Cavani in front of the PSG squad.
That meant that all eyes were on the pair this evening as they played together for the first time since the incident.
Not a good start
At first it looked as though there was still some bad blood between the pair after Edinson’s goal to give PSG a 2-0 lead.
Neymar was seen celebrating with Kylian Mbappe instead of going over to celebrate with the goalscorer, Cavani.
Seemingly reluctantly, the player did go over to Cavani and give him a small hug to restore some order between them.
Though, it was a moment later in the game which caught the eye of many on social media.
Moment of embrace
That moment came after Neymar Jr missed a sitter which would have given PSG a 3-0 lead over Bayern Munich.
The player fluffed his lines at the vital moment but Cavani did not laugh or leave him, instead, he went to lift the head of Neymar.
The forward was seen with his arm around the player, encouraging him to forget about the missed chance.
It didn’t matter much anyway, as Neymar made it 3-0 not long after.
Regardless, PSG fans are feeling the love flowing back.
