Restrictions lifted
Inter Milan have beaten the deadline to raise €30m by tomorrow without having to sell players such as Ivan Perišić and Marcelo Brozovic.
The club would have been hit after Financial Fair Play restrictions which could have included reduced squads or even a transfer ban.
Now, it looks as though the club have raised the money needed without selling key players such as Perišić and Brozovic.
This may well hit several clubs with Manchester United said to be interested in signing Perišić.
This could now leave their move in doubt with Inter having no pressure to sell one of their best players.
Everton were also said to be interested in Brozovic and looking to move in on the player ahead of a desperate time for Inter.
Now, that move is likely to be called off and Inter Milan will be safe from Fair Play restrictions for another season.
Another possible missed target for Man United
Not only could Jose Mourinho miss out on Perišic, he could miss out on another player.
Coincidentally, to Inter Milan who have offered a mega deal to one of Manchester United's targets.
