Morata: The good thing about marrying young is I have time to plan the rest of my weddings

One of the most promising players of his generation, Real Madrid and Spain striker Alvaro Morata has discussed his plans for next year's World Cup, as well as his personal life, having just married.
At just 24 years of, Morata might be seen by many as being too young to marry, with his wife Alice Campello just 22 herself, but the player doesn't see this as a bad thing.
"Some friends tell me that the good thing about marrying at 24 is that I'll have more time to organise the rest of my weddings," he joked in an interview with GQ Espana.
"The truth is we have only been together for a year and a half, but we have already been living with each other and we are sure that this is right for us."
Looking ahead to next year's World Cup in Russia, Morata acknowledged that Spain's all-conquering teams of 2008 to 2012 are a hard act to follow.
"For the new generations it is hard, even impossible, to compete with that side that won everything," he said.
"However, we all have dreams of doing something great with Spain."
"When I was a child I had dreams of winning a World Cup, so I want to make that come true next summer."
Whether he travels to Russia as a Real Madrid or Manchester United player remains to be seen.
