CHELSEA'S squad went bonkers in the boot room after beating West Brom to clinch the Premier League title.
Chelsea won 1-0 after an 82nd minute strike by Michy Batshuayi against West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns.
Video of the triumphant Blues enjoying their win in the boot room was shared to Chelsea's Twitter page.
The clip – available above – shows the squad singing: "Championes. Championes. Ole, Ole, Ole."
The overjoyed squad jump up and down for joy as they continue chanting.

Cesc Fabregas and goalscorer Michy Batshuayi can be seen clutching their smartphones as they sing and attempt to capture the celebration with selfies.
Diego Costa appears in only his underwear, waving his hands around with excitement.
Thousands of Chelsea fans shared the clip and lavished praise on their team for the victory.
"What a night. Premier League Champions. Thank you Chelsea," wrote one fan.
Another commented: "Conte is a genius. Blue is the colour."
A third added: "Champion os England. Chelsea you are my bae."
The Blues won the Premier League a whopping 10 points above second place Spurs with 87 points and still two games left to go.
