Man City and Arsenal neck and neck in chase for Leicester's N'Golo Kante

Manchester City have moved ahead of Arsenal in the race to sign N'Golo Kante from Leicester after holding two rounds of talks with the midfielder's representatives.
Kante, who signed for Leicester from Caen last summer, is the subject of major interest from a number of clubs after helping Leicester win the Premier League title but it appears the Foxes are fighting a losing battle to retain the services of one of their most important players.
According to the Express, incoming City boss Pep Guardiola is keen on the France international but a deal is far from done as Kante could opt for a switch to Arsenal instead of a move to the Etihad.
Claudio Ranieri continues to urge his new-born stars and Premier League Champions to stay at Leicester next season if for no other reason than to play Champions League football at the King Power Stadium, but Kante is increasingly looking like the name that may be hardest to keep.
