Chartered accountant and tax lecturer Robert Leach told The Sun: "The accounts suggest it is a transfer of operations between companies owned by Victoria and David. In effect the couple are simply moving the profits between themselves."
The Director's Report also said: "The contracts held by the company relating to the David Beckham brand were transferred during the year to DB Ventures Ltd, a sister company of David Beckham Brand Holdings Ltd which is focused on exploiting the David Beckham brand."
While Victoria’s company made a net loss, David’s companies made £12.7m profit, with his total earnings reaching £50.8million last year according to Forbes magazine.

WING BENEATH MY WINGS: They've had each other's backs since 1999
At the end of last year, figures revealed David and Victoria Beckham’s second careers have proved more lucrative than their first.
Coincidentally the ex Spice Girl was named designer brand of the year of the British Fashion Awards.
But with their combined earnings, we doubt there's any immediate danger of seeing Posh's clothes disappearing anytime soon.
