Real Madrid legend Guti Trolls Barcelona & Gerard Pique on Twitter

The Real Madrid-Barcelona rivalry has very firmly moved to Twitter.
On Wednesday evening, when it became clear that Real Madrid had fielded a non-eligible player in the Copa del Rey match at Cadiz, Gerard Pique Tweeted a number of emojis.
The emojis were simply ones that were crying with laughter and crying, with the Tweet itself grabbing over 110,000 retweets.
Yesterday, Gerard Pique wondered whether this amount of retweets was a new record on Twitter.
This Tweet clearly irked Real Madrid players past and present, as was highlighted by the actions of Sergio Ramos.
On Saturday night, after Valencia had pegged back Barcelona to a 1-1 draw after Luis Suarez’s opener, thanks to Santi Mina, Guti posted the following on Twitter.
Besides all the emojis, this translates to: “Barca, congratulations on the point.”
In truth, with Real Madrid still four points behind Barcelona and having been thrashed 4-0 at home in El Clasico, Los Blancos do not have much to crow about…
