Two car accidents in his first year
Karim Benzema arrived at Real Madrid in June 2009 and took no time at all getting into trouble. In November, he crashed his Audi Q7 into a barrier. He had another traffic accident the following month at Christmas.

Accusations of using underage prostitutes
He was acquitted by a Paris court of using underage prostitutes.

Banned from driving for speeding at 216 km/h
In June 2011, Benzema was fined 250 euros for dangerous driving. That was quite lenient compared with the 18,000-euro fine and one-year ban he was handed for driving at 216 km/h on a motorway in Madrid.
