Radamel Falcao has revealed that he is keen to play in the Premier League again next season and will make a decision on his future "in the coming weeks".
Falcao returned back to Monaco following a disastrous season with Manchester United, who opted against renewing his one-year loan or signing him permanently as the 29-year-old only scored four goals in 26 Premier League appearances.
"It has been speculated a lot about my next team, but I tried to stay calm," Falcao, who has been linked with a move to Chelsea, was quoted as saying by the Daily Telegraph. "I would like to continue in England, we'll decide [my next team] in the coming weeks."
According to the Daily Telegraph, Falcao is interested in joining Chelsea and is looking to complete a move to Stamford Bridge prior to Colombia's Copa America campaign, which begins on June 14.
The newspaper also reported that Falcao is willing to take a significant cut from the 265,000 pounds per week he was earning.
It is understood that Monaco want a five million pound loan fee for Falcao and will ask for 35 million pounds if the Blues want to sign him permanently.
