Four Tottenham Hotspur stars were preparing to face the big chill on Friday afternoon as they geared up for an ice chamber recovery session.
Kyle Walker, Andros Townsend, Christian Eriksen and Jan Vertonghen posed for a picture before a stint of the recovery programme.
Walker posted the picture above on his Instagram account and wrote: "Ice chamber today. #recovery #COYS."
Tottenham are preparing for Sunday's London derby with West Ham United at White Hart Lane in the wake of their 1-1 Europa League draw with Fiorentina on Thursday night.
The ice chamber, which was developed in the late 1970s in Japan, helps recovery by stimulating the body to keep warm in extremely cold temperatures.
Upon leaving the chamber, the players' veins expand to around three to four times bigger than normal, increasing the blood supply and bringing more oxygen to the muscles.
Mauricio Pochettino's Spurs are currently sixth in the table heading into Sunday's clash at White Hart Lane.
