An interesting week for Liverpool's Mamadou Sakho has finished on a positive note.
On Tuesday night the Reds pulled off a massive win in the Premier League, beating Tottenham Hotspur 3-2 at Anfield thanks to a late Mario Balotelli winner.
During that match Sakho collected a booking when the French defender produced a rugby tackle on Spurs' Mousa Dembele; a moment which Sakho later recreated at Liverpool's training on Martin Srktel.
While Sakho's tackling has come under the microscope, the defender's heart has become the bigger story at the end of the week as the footballer volunteered for a local charity to restore a house.
Working with a homeless charity called 'An Hour for Others', Sakho donated an hour to paint and do DIY for the community interest group.
