MARIO BALOTELLI wasted no time documenting his career at Liverpool after sharing a snap online with new team mates Adam Lallana and Jon Flanagan.
The trio were heading to the Reds' clash against Manchester City tonight, when Balotelli decided to post the picture to his Instagram account.
"Going to stadium!" the 24-year-old captioned the snap.
The Italian travelled with his new team-mates who have not been included in the match-day squad and will meet those who are scheduled to play in the dressing room before kick-off.
He will then watch the game from the directors' box before travelling back to Liverpool with the rest of the squad on the team coach.
The Reds announced they had completed their £16m move for Balotelli, subject to registration with the Premier League, today.
Liverpool agreed a deal with AC Milan last week and the Italy striker held personal talks with the Anfield club on Friday.
Balotelli is set to watch his former club take on his new one from the stands at the Etihad, with the clash against Tottenham set to be his debut.
Alberto Moreno will not have to wait till next week however, after Rodgers named him in his squad for tonight's game.
"He has got huge potential," Rodgers told Liverpool's official website.
"We needed a left-side player. We monitored him for a while and when we felt we got the value and the worth, we were able to clinch the deal.
"He's a really exciting young player. When you watch him, he's very attack-minded, very quick and he serves the ball really well.
"At 22, he's hungry to succeed. He has got improvements to make but he's one of the players we've brought in this summer who is ready to play straight away."
