The agent of Valencia's Jordi Alba has revealed that his client has attracted the interest of Napoli.
The Spain international has become one of the most sought-after players in his country, with Barcelona believed to be interested in luring him to Camp Nou at the end of the season.
"Jordi Alba is a versatile player who can attack and defend," Vicente Fores told Radio Crc.
"We have learned about Napoli's interest in him, but the Italian club have not yet made an offer."
Valencia are confident that Alba will extend his contract, which expires in June 2013, but Fores has urged all interested clubs to come forward and present an offer.
"Alba's contract is close to its end, so it is important that the clubs who are interested in him hurry," Fores added.
"Valencia want him to renew his deal, but even if this happens, a transfer cannot be ruled out.
"If he signs a new contract, his release clause will be lowered, because €45 million [£37.5m] is too much."
Alba has made 23 Primera Division appearances this season for Los Che, who sit third in the league standings.
