Juventus have set aside a £30 million transfer warchest to acquire a world-class striker with Luis Suarez and Robin van Persie topping their wanted list.
Luis Suarez is apparently being chased by Juventus
The Premier League pair join Real Madrid forward Gonzalo Higuain at the top of the list, according to TalkSport, with Juve president Andear Agnelli keen to bring in top-class firepower.
Agnelli hopes that by signing up one of the three, it will help bring the glory days back for the Old Lady.
Arsenal's van Persie has been in exceptional form this season, bagging 26 goals in the Premier League while Suarez' talents are also undeniable.
The Uruguay international has notched ten goals in all competitions this season, despite an eight-game ban for racially abusing Patrice Evra.
Wanted: Gonzalo Higuain
It is these difficulties that have meant Suarez has been linked with a move away from Merseyside, with moneyed Paris St German another of his suitors.
Commenting on the speculation, Reds boss Kenny Dalglish told the Daily Mail: 'Nobody has spoken to us but it wouldn’t make any difference.
Juventus are 'interested' in Arsenal striker Robin van Persie
'If they (PSG) reversed the charges, the call would not get taken. It’s the usual story.'
Higuain is currently the third highest goalscorer in this season's La Liga, behind Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, but it is Suarez who appears number one target.
Juventus could be able to offer Champions League football to the trio, given that they are currently second in Serie A and pushing for the title.
