Baba Rahman has been urged to leave Chelsea in order to revive his career at another club by former-Ghana international Samuel Johnson.
The left-back joined Chelsea from FC Augsburg in the summer of 2015 but has made only 23 appearances for the Londoners – he spent last season on loan at Schalke 04.

Baba Rahman joins Chelsea as a replacement for Filipe Luis
Chelsea have completed the signing of left-back Baba Rahman from Augsburg.
