Dani Olmo named best player in the Balkans

Dinamo Zagreb playmaker Dani Olmo has been voted as the best player in the Balkans for 2019.

The Spain international saw his team win the Croatian First Football League, while he was named the best young player and the league's best player.

Olmo also lifted the Croatian Super Cup with Dinamo Zagreb, as well as the European Under-21 Championship with La Rojita in summer.

In November, he made his official debut with the Spanish national team and scored his first goal with the senior side in a 7-0 win over Malta at the Estadio Ramon de Carranza in Cadiz.
