Cheltenham boss Michael Duff could name the same starting XI for the fourth game in a row against Crewe.
That could mean defender Will Boyle has to wait to make his return to the side despite being back to fitness following an injury.
Boyle was on the bench for last weekend’s win at Plymouth where his replacement, on-loan Hull defender Jacob Greaves, again impressed.
Rohan Ince and Tahvon Campbell will be hoping to be involved after returning to training on Thursday.
Crewe manager David Artell will be without the suspended Paul Green for the trip.
Green serves the final game of his three-match ban following his red card in the home defeat to Cambridge earlier this month.
Midfielder Owen Dale will hope to maintain his place in the starting XI ahead of Daniel Powell after making his full league debut in the 4-1 win over Salford.
Artell has no fresh injury worries to contend with as his side seek a third straight win.
