MESUT OZIL was spotted being bundled into a car by security today as he left his home for the first time since Friday.

The Arsenal star, 30, has not been seen near his North London home for five days after being caught in a gang war, but he has finally broken cover.

He was spotted outside his £9million pad in a navy blue hoodie, getting into the back seat of a car with heavy security keeping close watch.

German World Cup winner Ozil and Gunners pal Sead Kolasinac, 26, were targeted by knife-wielding yobs in a harrowing attack in Golders Green last month.

Thugs tried to steal the aces’ watches in a moped raid last month, and now a rival gang of East Europeans has intervened in a bid to ward off further attacks.

But the local yobs will not be intimidated and have threatened to "rob everything" the pair have — forcing Bosnian-born Kolasinac’s terrified wife to flee to Germany.

Two men were arrested outside Ozil's home on Thursday night, following an alleged altercation with security staff.

Ferhat Ercan and Salaman Ekinci, both 27, were charged on Friday and are due to appear at Highbury Corner magistrates' court next month.

Unknown to the Arsenal duo, East European goons put out word that any attacks on the players would not be tolerated.

Former Reading and Chelsea ace Steve Sidwell has revealed stars are now spending £25,000 on specially trained dogs as a result of attacks.

The pair have been out of Unai Emery's first-team picture in the meantime and missed the club's Premier League-opening 1-0 win over Newcastle on Sunday.

They could now miss the crucial Prem clash with Burnley on Saturday and Liverpool next weekend, which would be a huge blow to the Gunners' title hopes, even in August.

After beating the Toon, Emery said: "The club is managing the situation.

"We want to be with them as soon as possible and to have them ready to play."
