It came after supporters for the Ligue 1 champions held up banners protesting his place at the club over the weekend.
Neymar was left out of the squad for the opening game of the season against Nimes, which PSG won 3-0 thanks to goals from Edinson Cavani, Kylian Mbappe and Angel Di Maria.
Irate fans held up banners which told Neymar to "f*** off" and supporters were also heard chanting that the player was a "son of a b****".
Rafaella took exception to the mocking of her £198million bro with a raging tweet.
She wrote: "What a disgusting and disrespectful heap of humans you all are!
'F***ERS'
"You wish you still had my brother at your team. You will win nothing without him. F***ers."
PSG boss Thomas Tuchel insists he is still fighting to keep Neymar at the club.
Barcelona and Real Madrid are both circling with the Brazilian, 27, keen to end his time in the French capital.
Reports claim Real Madrid will have to get rid of Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez and Mariano before they can sign Neymar.
It is thought that Neymar could go for £190m, which would take Madrid's overall summer spending towards a whopping £500m.
Real are reportedly optimistic they can complete the Neymar deal by their season opener at Celta Vigo on Saturday, or at least by the September 2 deadline.
Clasico rivals Barcelona, meanwhile, prefer a player exchange route given their bloated wage bill.
As such, the French club were reportedly offered £90m plus a choice of two players, including Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele.
PSG's sporting director Leonardo says discussions over Neymar's possible exit are "more advanced" than ever.
