Leicester Done Deal

Leicester have signed Ayoze Perez from Newcastle for £30m.

The Spaniard has put pen to paper on a four-year deal.

"I'm very happy and very pleased," Perez said. "I'm very proud to be part of the Leicester family and I can't wait to get started.

"The Club want to keep growing as much as they can and that's something I like. I spoke with the manager and that was important. That made me feel very comfortable about the decision to come here."

Fernandes to Man Utd?

Manchester United have an 'agreement' in place to sign Sporting Lisbon star Bruno Fernandes.

According to Italian football journalist Nicolo Schira, the Portugal international's agent is set to travel to the UK to discuss the transfer with Old Trafford bosses.

Schira wrote on Twitter: "All confirmed: tonight Miguel Pinho (#BrunoFernandes' agent) will be in England to discuss the Bruno's deal to #ManchesterUnited.

"They have a telephone agreement by €6M a year plus bonuses. Now have to decide the strategy and offer for Sporting."

Marcelo to Arsenal?

Arsenal are interested in signing Real Madrid left-back Marcelo, according to Sport.

It is claimed the Brazilian has asked to leave after a difficult campaign at the Bernabeu.

Marcelo reportedly has offers on the table from interested parties including PSG, Juvetus and AC Milan.

He is due to hold talks with Real Madrid bigwig Florentino Perez.

Tierney to Arsenal?

The latest on Twitter suggests Kieran Tierney is heading to London.

A tweet from @the_gaz88 reads: "Kieran Tierney has just boarded the BA1491 flight from Glasgow to London Heathrow.......

"This could be goodbye......"

Is Tierney set to join Arsenal? It's more likely to be related to his ongoing recovery from a double hernia surgery in May.

Ceballos to Tottenham?

Tottenham have agreed to sign Dani Ceballos on loan from Real Madrid, according to AS.

Spurs chiefs have reportedly made their move after Mauricio Pochettino frequently requested the 22-year-old's arrival.

AS claim Zinedine Zidane has told Ceballos he is unlikely to start as many games as he would like in the upcoming campaign.

Real Madrid will reportedly demand £54m (€60m) from Tottenham to sign Ceballos on a permanent basis at the end of any loan deal.

Arsenal to spend more than £45m?

Arsenal have more than £45m to spend in the summer transfer window, according to Sky Sports journalist Kaveh Solhekol.

The Gunners opened the bidding for top target Wilfried Zaha at £40m but Solhekol believes there is money in the bank to go higher.

"What I have been told is that it suits Arsenal that people think they only have £45m, because when they get into negotiations over a player, the selling club is going to think Arsenal don't have much money," he told The Transfer Show.

"What I have been told is that this is a bit of a smokescreen and Arsenal can go up to £70m to buy Wilfried Zaha. £70m is the point at which they would walk away. A deal that would be worth £70m in total.

"We just have to take it with a pinch of salt that Arsenal only have £45m. They are one of the biggest clubs in the world. We are not talking about £300m for Neymar, this is £70m in total. I think Arsenal can do that."

Ceballos to Liverpool or Tottenham?

Liverpool and Tottenham are battling to sign Dani Ceballos from Real Madrid, according to Marca.

Los Blancos have received interest from Serie A and Bundesliga clubs but a move to England is on the cards.

Tottenham fancy Ceballos as a potential replacement for Christian Eriksen while Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is a fan.

Arsenal are also reportedly interested.

Chelsea Done Deal

Chelsea have handed a new contract to Mario Pasalic - and immediately loaned him back to Atalanta.

Pasalcic, who joined the Blues from Hajduk Split in 2014, spent the previous campaign with the Serie A outfit.

A statement on Chelsea's website read: "Mario Pasalic has signed a new contract at Chelsea until 2022 and will now return to Atalanta on loan for a second season."

Cahill to Chelsea?

Manchester United have been urged to sign former Chelsea star Gary Cahill.

David Connolly told talkSPORT: "There are deals out there. [Toby] Alderweireld is available for £25m and Gary Cahill has just gone on a free.

"Now, what harm would it be to take a Gary Cahill, with all his experience and winners' medals, into the building? It's that experience, you might have lost a lot, well get someone in that would give that!

"Look, he's not going to bring the ball out from the back like if they had a Harry Maguire. But he's a top, top centre-half who looks as fit as a flea.

"Obviously he hasn't played that much, but he looks after himself. So why not someone like that? Under Sir Alex [Ferguson], he would always make an ageing, loanee signing, a Henrik Larsson or they had [Zlatan] Ibrahimovic [under Jose Mourinho] for example.

"Someone like that at the back would do terrifically for them."
