Leeds 2 - Swansea 1
Leeds United are back on top of the Championship after a pivotal Wednesday night.
Preston North End beat Norwich 3-1 at Deepdale. That meant that Leeds' 2-1 win over the Swans put them a point above Norwich in the standings.
Leeds established a 2-nil lead in the first half after goals from Pontus Jansson and Jack Harrison.
Swansea pulled a goal back in the 87th minute through an Oli McBurnie penalty.
Patrick Bamford: 'RKO outta nowhere'
Leeds fans have felt victimised this season.
That's mainly down to how the club were treated in the wake of 'Spygate'.
To recap, manager Marcelo Bielsa confirmed that he'd spied on all of Leeds' opponents this season.
Are Leeds fairly treated?
Against Swansea, Leeds fans couldn't believe that they didn't win a penalty.
The incident in question happened in the 55th minute, as Patrick Bamford was hauled down in the Swans penalty box.
In an off-the-ball clash with Swansea's Mike van der Hoorn, Bamford was body-slammed to the turf.
Bamford has since reacted to a video of the foul which has been circling on social media.
The Leeds United striker said “(he) hit me with the RKO outta nowhere”.
Hit me with the RKO outta nowhere 😂😂😂 great 3 points! #mot https://t.co/LBKoZbv0mI

Leeds now have a 10-day break until their next fixture. That's at home against Bolton on February 23.
Norwich face Bolton this Saturday, and a win will send the Canaries back into first place.
