The former Real Madrid star will be sentenced for fraud and handed a two-year prison sentence along with a €18.8million fine on January 21, 2019.
A statement by prosecutors at the time the charges were first brought said: “The accused made use of a corporate structure created in 2010 to hide from the tax authority income generated in Spain through image rights.”
The Juventus star will not spend any time behind bars as in Spain sentences of two years and under can be served on probation.
Ronaldo agreed a deal with the Spanish authorities in July this year.

He will be sentenced at the Madrid Provincial Court, but he is not required to attend the hearing and can arrange to receive his sentence by video conference.
The trial is scheduled for 9.50am local time and he is accused of four counts of tax fraud.
The Prosecutor for Economic Crimes in Madrid is said to have found that the footie ace had “voluntarily” and "consciously” not paid tax on his image-rights earnings for the four years.
Also the Public Ministry claims Ronaldo presented income from Spanish sources as €11.5million between 2011-2014 but he actually had an income of nearly €43million.

Ronaldo made a €105million (£94million) move from Real Madrid to Juventus this summer and La Liga president Javier Tebas claims the move could have been motivated by money.
He said: "He will earn more money (there) than here. I think that fiscally it favours him to go to Italy.
"Here, in Spain, we have a problem with fiscal competition."
Ronaldo’s lawyer José Antonio Choclán lobbied courts for the sentence to be commuted to a €375,000 fine.

This is the same outcome negotiated for another client, Real defender Fábio Coentrão, for similar offences.
But the deal was rejected by prosecutors.
The footie ace paid the bulk of the €14.7million which was outstanding to smooth over his move to Turin.
January will bring a close to the matter with a final bill of €18.9million after fines and interest are factored in.
