Zlatan Ibrahimovic Jokes To James Corden That West Ham United Can't Afford Him

West Ham United can't afford Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Well, that's according to the man himself.

The Swedish hero was on James Corden's The Late Late Show and he was characteristically charming, hollering some brilliant soundbites including talking about a potential transfer to West Ham.

Corden, a big West Ham fan, wants the towering-striker to play for his club but Ibrahimovic ruled out a switch jokingly citing financial issues.

"I'm here with my buddy James," said Zlatan. "He wants me to come to West Ham, but I'm saying they cannot afford me," he added.

Ibrahimovic also did many challenges.

The first test was whether he could name three members of the Kardashian family, which he did after a brief pause. 'Kim, Khloe and Kendall (Jenner)' was his answer.

Then, the well-traveled had to open a jar of pickles that no member of staff working on the show had been successful. Zlatan, however, did it in an instance.

His next task was to throw some shapes after he was asked if he could do the viral 'Floss' dance.

The LA Galaxy talisman said he could and promptly jumped up off the sofa and backed up his talk, before giving Corden a tutorial on how to do it.

Lastly, the 36-year old had to say his own name with a bunch of marshmallows lurched in his mouth. He passed with flying colours, while James and Rosamund also did the business.

Since moving to the States, where he's scored 22 goals in 26 games, Zlatan has been a semi-regular on talk-shows.

A couple of weeks ago, on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the former Manchester United and Barcelona surprised the twelve boys from a football team who were trapped in a cave back in June.

Wild Boars Football club were stuck in the flooded cave in Chiang Rai, Northern Thailand, in June 23 and were eventually rescued on July 10 after spending 18 days inside.

They were buzzing just to be on the sofa but then when Ellen shouted their idol Zlatan to come out, their faces lit up completely.

"I thought that that was brave, but this team is braver than me," Ibrahimovic said, showering them with praise.

"They showed their collective team work and had patience... believing in other hands also. This is probably the best team in the world."

Zlatan high-fived every single player, gave each of them a shirt with his name on the back and then invited the brave youngsters to attend a special training session with the rest of his Galaxy teammates.
