Ryan Delaney is set to be back involved for Rochdale on Saturday when they host Gillingham in Sky Bet League One.
The defender missed last weekend’s 3-3 draw at Scunthorpe due to being on international duty with the Republic of Ireland Under-21s.
Jordan Williams played no part in that game either, having sustained a slight knee twist.
Dale have also had Connor Randall and Josh Lillis sidelined.
Gillingham’s Dean Parrett is in contention for a return to action in the match at the Crown Oil Arena.
The midfielder, missing for the last seven games in all competitions, has been recovering from a hamstring problem.
Forward Josh Parker has returned from international duty with Antigua and Barbuda.
Gabriel Zakuani (shoulder) is a doubt, while Regan Charles-Cook and Billy Bingham are ruled out by injury.
