Morecambe continue without Sam Lavelle as they aim for early recovery

Morecambe are still without defender Sam Lavelle as they face Exeter in their first Sky Bet League Two home game of the campaign.
The 21-year-old suffered a leg injury in pre-season and is expected to be missing until mid-September.
His absence was felt on the opening day as Jim Bentley saw his side thrashed 6-0 at Crewe.
It remains to be seen if new signing AJ Leitch-Smith will feature, the forward having seen minimal pre-season action before joining the Shrimpers on a free on Wednesday.
Exeter travel to the Globe Arena having started the season with a victory over Carlisle.
Grecians boss Matt Taylor is therefore unlikely to tinker with a winning formula after tasting success in his first competitive game at the helm.
One change could see West Brom loanee Dara O’Shea come into the Exeter defence.
O’Shea completed a six-month loan move to St James Park earlier in the week and will be keen to be involved immediately.
