David Moyes is yet to record his first win as West Ham's boss
That’s according to former Hammers chief Alan Curbishley who’s urged supporters to keep backing the Scot.
The east Londoners were battered 4-0 by Everton last night and the drubbing means Moyes is still without a win since taking charge three weeks ago.
Curbishley, who managed West Ham for two years and saved them from relegation in 2006, says the players must stand up and be counted.
"I think players have to take responsibility for their performances, but the way of the world is it’s the manager that takes it on the chin.
"I remember Arsene Wenger saying the manager must be the most important component at a football club because when it goes wrong he’s sacked.”
Moyes was not enthusiastically received by the West Ham faithful.

But Curbishley insists results will pick up and supporters need to back the 54-year-old boss.
"The recruitment in the summer - they brought a lot of players in - but because of injuries and a lack of form they don’t know their best first XI.
"I think once David sorts that out and gets them organised then they’ll pick up.
"I can’t see who would have been universally popular.

"You see the problems Everton have had. Who was out there? Ex-West Ham managers like Alan Pardew or Sam Allardyce?
"Or were they going to prise someone like Marco Silva? Look at the problems Everton had with that one even if he wanted to leave.
"I think West Ham moved swiftly and they’ve been quite up front. Here’s a short-term deal, keep us up and we’ll talk again.
"He seems grateful for the opportunity and there’s nothing wrong with having a hungry and angry manager.
