The incredible story of Rodriguinho that caught Cristiano Ronaldo's eye

Footballers are rarely given too much credit for the fine work they do with fans, especially young children living through hard circumstances, yet the touching story of Rodriguinho has caught the eye of Cristiano Ronaldo.
Despite being just 13 years old, the young Brazilian has a unique character; he was born into a very humble environment with a family that needs to take care of his younger sister who suffers with special needs.
Money was tight as a result yet Rodriguinho took the decision to entirely give up his own free time in order to raise an additional income for his family.
The teenager took to the streets and began work as a street vendor in order to ensure his sister received the care she needed.
Such an emotive story was always going to move people and as part of the 'Hora do Faro' programme a tribute was paid to the youngster with the Real Madrid star showing his support with a video message.
Ronaldo is a hero to the Brazilian and the fact that the current Ballon d'Or holder took the time to record a personalised message to him, Rodriguinho couldn't fight back the tears.
