Barcelona are ready to launch a bid for Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil on Friday.
With Spain's transfer deadline not falling until Friday night, Barca still have time to make their required midfield signing.
With Liverpool refusing to do business over Philippe Coutinho, Barca are seeking alternatives and made contact with Arsenal yesterday.
Cadena Cope says Barca have been told they can sign Ozil, formerly of Real Madrid, for €60m - and a deal could be pushed through today.
Ozil's price is in contrast to the €160m Liverpool are demanding for Coutinho.
