Barcelona are desperate
Still lack signings with transfer window about to close

The final day of the summer transfer window has arrived and Barcelona have failed to complete the two deals that they hoped to wrap up before its closure.
With Spain's window staying open later than the rest of Europe, they have additional time to finalise negotiations at their end, but their chances of signing Philippe Coutinho, in particular, look increasingly improbable.
Liverpool have continued to stand firm on the Brazilian, leaving Barcelona to turn to 'Plan B' in recent days, asking Juventus about the possibility of making a move for Paulo Dybala, but the Torinese side have no intentions of selling their new No.10.
Everything stays the same, and the Catalans continue to be frustrated, as even their talks with Paris Saint-Germain discussing the signing of Angel Di Maria have gone cold.
Barcelona face a frantic deadline day, looking to get moves over the line that will still require a lot of work before their completion.
