Chelsea make massive €70M bid for Torino striker Andrea Belotti

Chelsea have tabled a massive bid for Torino striker Andrea Belotti.
Tuttosport says Chelsea have offered €70m for the Italy international this week.
However, Toro immediately rejected the bid, insisting it was too low.
Belotti has a €100m buyout clause in his contract for foreign clubs and Toro president Urbano Cairo is prepared to sell.
But Chelsea will have to go higher to bring Cairo to the negotiating table.
