Pablo Zabaleta took a parting shot at Manchester United
The right-back is set to leave the Etihad at the end of this campaign after nine successful seasons at the club.
And he was honoured for his service on the pitch after City's 3-1 win over West Brom tonight.
Before he leaves the club for good, he couldn't resist taking one last shot at bitter rivals United.
When asked what his favourite moment was from his City career, he replied: "My favourite moments were when we beat Manchester United in the semi-final at Wembley and the first Premier League we won with Sergio Aguero's goal (snuffing out United's title dreams in the process).
"The fans had waited so long and we did it in a City way."
Zabaleta has also admitted he stayed at City longer than he planned when he first moved from Espanyol.
"As a football player and as a football fan it was a dream to come to the Premier League.
"I said to my girlfriend, now my wife, let me go to Manchester, I will enjoy it, it will be only for three or four years, so I'll have to say sorry, it's been nine years."
