Isco: I'm not going to Barcelona

After creating a huge stir and numerous comments when publishing a photo on social networks that saw him pose next to a bag of Barcelona crisps, Isco broke his silence to confirm he wasn't going to sign for the Catalans.

What was clearly an error of judgment on the player's part has seen the rumour mill go into overdrive, particularly as the former Malaga man has yet to begin contract extension talks with Real Madrid.

"I'm not going to Barcelona!! With the photo I wanted to say that we are going to eat them with crisps #HalaMadrid !!" he said, in an effort to put the furore to bed.

"By the way, I have not tried them! They were for my friends."
