Cesc Fabregas & Daniella Semaan reveal their new son to the world

Congratulations!

The day after Chelsea recorded a huge result in the Premier League title race, Cesc Fabregas is today celebrating with his family.

Chelsea beat Man City 2-1 at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night as the Blues maintained a seven-point lead ahead of Spurs at the top of the division.

Cesc Fabregas started the match against the Sky Blues, while he was replaced by Willian in the final stages of the game.

One suspects Cesc went straight from the football pitch to the hospital, as on Thursday the Spanish international has announced the birth of their son with his partner Daniella Semaan on Instagram.

He posted a picture of his wife and new baby boy, revealing his name in the following post:
