Australian artist pays tribute to Real Madrid

An artist in Australia known as James Cooper has painted a stunning mural of Real Madrid's players running towards Sergio Ramos, when celebrating one of his most iconic goals.
The mural, an oil painting, is three metres wide and honours Los Blancos for their achievements in winning a remarkable treble in 2016 under Zinedine Zidane.
"It expresses teamwork and the commitment of players who dominate world football," the painter said on his website. "I wanted to capture the satisfaction, joy and pride of Real fans."
Cooper began his painting career by working for clubs in Australia before he began painting for higher-level sides in Europe and America.
In fact, this is not his first Real Madrid-themed work, having previously painted an image of club legends coming together, featuring Zidane, Raul, Alfredo Di Stefano, Ferenc Puskas and Cristiano Ronaldo sharing a dressing room.
Future projects for the artist include a 150th anniversary tribute to Sheffield Wednesday and another commemorating Manchester City.
