Roma's centre-half has attracted interest from the Premier League's elite with his performances in Serie A.
Liverpool are reportedly ready to treble the Greece international's wages to £75,000-a-week, while Arsenal had a £35million approach turned down last summer.
United are also in a long-standing pursuit of Manolas, with his future in Italy uncertain.
Greece international Kostas Manolas could leave Roma for the Premier League this summer
The defender's agent claimed this week Roma are weighing up their options, and Manolas has reiterated he could leave for England.
"My future is in Roma's hands," Manolas told Mediaset Premium.
"If they want to keep me, they know what to do.
"If they want to sell me, then I can't do anything about that."
The 25-year-old is contracted until 2019, but Roma may be tempted to sell this summer.
Jose Mourinho is in the market for a central defender, with Benfica's Victor Lindelof having been chased this year.
Liverpool and Arsenal are also looking to strengthen at the back, but Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan are also said to be keen on Manolas.
