Piegate’ goalkeeper Wayne Shaw gets new job…serving pies
WAYNE Shaw is back in work after he was forced to resign from his goalkeeping duties at Sutton United.

The keeper was filmed eating a pie during Sutton’s 2-0 defeat to Arsenal in The FA Cup.
23-stone Shaw – otherwise known as the role poly goalie – later admitted knowing Sun Bets were offering odds of 8/1 against him eating a pie and an investigation was launched.
But now the stunt has proved less costly – after he was photographed flogging the tasty snacks in an all new job.
Pieter Hak posted an image of the former goalie on Twitter.
He wrote: “Sutton’s sacked keeper is serving my pies today. Sells one, eats one.”
And Shaw clearly enjoyed the experience.

It comes after Daily Star Online lifted the lid on what life is like behind the scenes for the now-famous Shaw.
And Sutton’s conquerers Arsenal face non-league Lincoln City in The FA Cup quarter final today.
