Bonucci is one the top defenders in world football and is wanted by Manchester City and Chelsea.
Both Pep Guardiola and Antonio Conte tried to get him last summer but saw bids knocked back.
However there have been murmurings of discontent in recent weeks with Bonucci said to have fallen out with manager Max Allegri.
Leonardo Bonucci could leave Juventus this summer
The 29-year-old was dropped for the Champions League last-16 clash with Porto last month but returned to the side for wins over Empoli and Napoli.
However when asked to clarify Bonucci's future Paratici left the door open for a departure.
"What the player wants is what really counts," he said.
Bonucci turns 30 before the end of the season but would still command a fee of around £60million.
"We signed Bonucci when he was young, but by now he has moved on to the level of the most experienced players," Paratici added.
"He was like Roberto Gagliardini, Andrea Petagna and Andrea Belotti, but has now played over 300 games for Juve."
Manchester City have had defensive issues this season with Vincent Kompany struggling with injury, John Stones failing to justify his £50m price tag and Nicolas Otamendi looking vulnerable.
And Guardiola is ready to revamp his defence in the summer with a big window.
Chelsea meanwhile have been water tight at the back since the move to the back three.
But Conte is expected to add to his options for the additions of Champions League football and with John Terry expected to be let go.
