Alexandre Lacazette struck his 15th goal of the season as Lyon eased to a 2-0 home win over Angers in Ligue 1.

Fourth-placed Lyon kept up the pressure on the division's pace-setters with their fourth consecutive league win.

Lacazette opened the scoring after just nine minutes, and for much of the match that looked likely to remain the night's solitary strike.

But six minutes from time Nabil Fekir turned in a second - with Lacazette claiming the assist.

For struggling Angers this was a seventh match without a win in league action.

The visitors' last victory came on November 5, the 1-0 win over Lille still their last triumph.
