FA Cup third round draw: Liverpool away to Wimbledon, Arsenal host Hull, Dover meet Palace

LIVERPOOL have been handed a potential FA Cup banana skin after being drawn away to AFC Wimbledon in the third round.

The League Two outfit, in the third round for the first time in their 12-year history, rose from the ashes of the side that stunned Liverpool in the 1988 FA Cup final, thanks to the heroics of keeper Dave Beasant and the head of Lawrie Sanchez.
Manchester United have also been drawn against lower league opposition with a trip to either Accrington Stanley or Yeovil lying in store.
Non-League Dover's reward for beating Cheltenham on Sunday is the chance for a spot of home giant killing after pulling Premier League Crystal Palace from the hat.
Hull are offered the chance to avenge their Wembley final defeat of last season at the hands of Arsenal with Arsene Wenger's side entertaining their top-flight rivals.
In three other all Premier League ties, Burnley face Tottenham, Leicester take on Newcastle and Everton host high-flying West Ham.
Championship Watford face the unenviable task of travelling to Stamford Bridge to try and topple Premier League leaders Chelsea.
Manchester City, the 2011 winners, play at home to Sheffield Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Chesterfield, whose place in the competition could be in jeopardy draw could be in jeopardy after the were charged by the FA with fielding an ineligible player in their second-round win at MK Dons, were drawn against either Scunthorpe or non-League Worcester.
