JOSE MOURINHO has urged misfiring Diego Costa to rediscover his goalscoring mojo.
The normally prolific Chelsea hitman has drawn blanks on successive trips to the North East against Sunderland and Newcastle.
Costa has only netted twice for the Blues since early October and Mourinho claims he needs to get fully fit to find the form which saw him take the Premier League by storm earlier this season.
Costa has scored 11 Premier League goals this term but has recently been hampered by hamstring and pelvic problems.
"For me, the problem is not the goals," said Mourinho. "They will come as a consequence of his condition.

"He has to improve his condition. He was injured and had many doubts because he went a long time without training.
"Obviously that must have an effect on a player in the way he runs, the way he moves and in his coordination.
"I don't think there is a problem but he has to recover."
With Chelsea already through to the knockout stages of the Champions League, Mourinho is expected to rest several players against Sporting Lisbson at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.
But he may decide Costa needs another run-out in a bid to regain his sharpness.
