Cruzeiro midfielder Lucas Silva said on Wednesday that it would "a dream" to join Real Madrid and admitted that the La Liga outfit have asked his agent about him, but added that they have yet to make a bid.
21-year-old Lucas Silva told 'SPorTv' that he is unaware what Real Madrid will offer and whether they plan to sign him now or next summer.
"I don't know if they are going to propose me joining them midway through or at the end of the season, whether I'll stick around for the Copa Libertadores or not. I don't yet know what's going to happen. However it'd be interesting to stay for the Libertadores and then join them for pre-season," he said.
The Cruzeiro man said that his situation is still "undecided" and that if a deal were struck with Real Madrid, "it would be a dream come true". Silva has been named the Brazilian league's holding midfielder of the season, which ends next weekend with Cruzeiro already crowned champions.
