Arsenal transfer report: Gunners linked with £31m swoop for Serie A star

Arsenal are ready to lodge a £31.6m bid for Palermo hotshot Paulo Dybala, according to reports in Italy.
The 21-year-old has hit six goals in 13 Serie A games so far this season and some of Europe's top clubs are starting to circle.
And now Italian newspaper Tuttosport have reported that Arsenal have moved to the front of the chasing pack.
Manchester United are also in the running for Dybala but it has been suggested that Arsene Wenger is ready to meet the striker's minimum fee release clause of €40m – which is around £31.6m.
But the report also claims that the bid for the Argentine starlet will not come in January but rather next summer.
