In what is an important year in the development of one of English football's brightest talents, the Arsenal midfielder's body has once again proved to be his biggest undoing.
Following a seemingly innocuous challenge in the Gunners' recent 2-1 defeat to Manchester United, boss Arsene Wenger was pained to confirm that his star midfielder will face the familiar trip to the treatment room, one that looks likely to last another three months.
