JORDAN HENDERSON is ready to commit his long-term future to Liverpool after declaring his love for the Reds.
NO ISSUE: Henderson says there won't be any complications in signing a new deal
Talks have started over a new contract for the England midfielder, whose current deal expires in 2016.
Henderson is set to double his money to around £80,000 a week but insists the details of the deal don't interest him.
He said: "I'm just concentrating on playing football. I'm not worried about that.
"I'm enjoying my football. I love this club and I want to be here for many years so that shouldn't be an issue.
"I'll let my agent sort that out. It's nothing to do with me."
Henderson was close to leaving Liverpool to join Fulham two years ago after struggling to make a big impact following his £20m signing from Sunderland.
But he has since blossomed under boss Brendan Rodgers, who is tipping the 24-year-old to take over the mantle of Steven Gerrard as Anfield's leader after making him Liverpool's vice-captain earlier this season.
Meanwhile, winger Lazar Markovic admits it will take time for the Liverpool fans to see the best of him.
Markovic has made just two Premier League starts since his £20m signing from Benfica in the summer but the Serbia international, 20, insists he will come good.
Markovic said: "I'm getting there and adjusting well. It will take a little more time, but, all in all, I feel OK.
"I feel great there and everybody has been great with me. I could not wish for more. I'm happy and that is the most important thing.
"My team-mate is the legendary Steven Gerrard, the fans love me and Anfield is great.
"But, as I said, I just need a little bit more time."
