Striker Darrian MacKinnon returns as Ayr look to make it three wins out of three against Albion Rovers.

Defender Austin McCann is suspended after being sent off in last weekend's win over Brechin while Anthony Marenghi and Michael McGowan are injured.

But defender Martyn Campbell could return after a knee injury.

Manager Mark Roberts said: "I said that when we won for the first time at East Fife that if we go on and win our next two games that our season could take off. We defeated Brechin and we are now aiming to get the three points from Albion Rovers.

"Having Darrian back gives us even more potency up front."

Rovers midfielder Peter Innes is suspended following his sending-off against Forfar.

Innes joins the injured Kevin Green on the sidelines but Chris McCluskey, Alan Reid, Mick O'Byrne and Chris Boyle are all in with a chance of playing after returning to training.

Coatbridge manager Todd Lumsden said: "I will wait until Saturday to finalise my team as I don't want to rush someone back and then miss them for longer.

"Ayr have picked up and have quality in their ranks but we will look to win."
