Stenhousemuir could be without Scott Gibb, Scott Fusco and Scott Dalziel for their home game with Dumbarton.

Defenders Gibb and Fusco and striker Dalziel all face late fitness tests.

Warriors manager David Irons said: "This is a big game and we cannot start like we did against Livingston when we gave them the initiative early.

"We need to play like we did in the second half and if we do that we'll get the result we need to drag ourselves closer to Dumbarton in the table."

Dumbarton will be without injured winger Derek Carcary.

But otherwise interim manager Alan Adamson has a fully-fit squad to choose from for the game against the side that sits immediately below them in the table .

Adamson said: "A win gives us a bit of a gap over Stenhousemuir whereas if we lose we're right back in the midst of things again.

"We lost heavily to Dumbarton last Saturday, but I've told the boys not to be too concerned about that game as they are in outstanding form at the other end of the table to us.

"This game gives us the chance to bounce back in a positive fashion against a side with similar ambitions to ours."
