Germany, Bastian Schweinsteiger has been taking part in his final training session ahead of their international friendly against Finland in Moenchengladbach on Wednesday.

Schweinsteiger announced his retirement from international football after the European Champioship in France last month.

Schweinsteiger made his Germany debut on 6th June, 2004, and he will leave the Mannschaft after playing in Wednesday's match with a total of 121 caps.
