Reaction from British Open Champion Ariya Jutanugarn, world no1 Lydia Ko and Northern Ireland's Stephanie Meadow who sits in second after second-round play at the LPGA Tour's Canadian Pacific Women's Open on Friday, 26 August.
SOUNDBITE (English): Ariya Jutanugarn, Shot 64 to take the lead at 12 under par:
"I'm really disappointed withdrawing from the Olympics, but after that I felt like I have a good future, I hope. And you know, like Japan, we have 2020 Olympics, so I'm just looking forward to that."
SOUNDBITE (English): Stephanie Meadow, Shot 69 to get to nine under par:
"Yeah, I think over the last month or two my confidence has been going higher and higher. Then with the Olympics I played pretty good there apart from the first day, so that is another confidence boost in a high-pressure environment. So I'm definitely feeling better, and I love what me and my coach are working on and my whole team has been great. I'm just building right now."
SOUNDBITE (English): Lydia Ko, Shot 69 to get to eight under par:
"It's no guarantee that it's going to be Ariya or me that's going to be holding the trophy at the end of Sunday. There are still a lot of great players and a lot of big names still up there. And especially with two rounds to go, ten shots, you never know, especially because we've seen some lower scores. Somebody at the end of Sunday could shoot a very low one and put yourself in good position. There are just so many scenarios on how someone could win."
